University of Linguistics and Technology International Mobility Office
The Office focuses on the continuous development of international cooperation and academic mobility of students and employees of the University. This includes the following:
- promoting and implementing academic exchange and academic mobility programmes
- handling the recruitment process
- coordinating all mobility programs
- providing support in the application process both for incoming / outgoing students and members of staff
- applying to domestic and foreign institutions in order to build international partnerships
- preparing academic mobility contracts
- keeping records and offering administrative support
Our Staff
International Affairs Coordinator
Prof. ULT dr hab. Wojciech Klepuszewski received his PhD from Gdańsk University and D.Litt. from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. His research comprises contemporary poetry and fiction. Among his publications are The Missing Chapter: Women’s Poetry of the Great War (2006), All the Vs of Life – Conflicts and Controversies in Tony Harrison’s Poetry (with Stephen Butler, 2013), The Proof is in the Writing: Kingsley Amis’s Literary Distillations (2018), The Campus Novel – Regional or Global? (with Dieter Fuchs, 2019), and Booze as a Muse: Literary and Cultural Studies of Drink (with Dieter Fuchs and Matthew Leroy, 2020). He has been involved in numerous international projects and exchange programmes.

Erasmus Coordinator
Martyna Sternal-Rykowska
The American, trainer, tutor and coach. Lecturer specializing in practical language learning and business English.
Erasmus coordinator is responsible for:
- collaboration with other Universities;
- taking care of proper ECTS points transfer and programme implementation;
- staff mobility recruitment;
- outgoing and incoming students recruitment;
- handles the circulation of documentation related to the exchange;
- provides the necessary organizational information for incoming students;
